SteelHouse is a group of seasoned musicians including Gabi Tahoe (lead vocal), Josh Cassany (lead guitar & vocal), Dave Kleindl (drums & vocal), and Rob Sherber (bass & vocal) who have been gigging together for years with great success! The band also comes equipped with premium instruments, amps, speakers, and even our own sound engineer to ensure professional audio quality every time.

Gabi Tahoe
Vocals
Gabi is our powerful lead vocalist. Her voice has a rich tone and a grit that lends itself perfectly to the rock, punk and pop music genres. When she sings, her range surprises audiences as does her energy and stage presence. Contrary to expectations, her earliest inspiration was country legend Loretta Lynn. The authenticity of her sound and lyrics sparked an interest in more great vocalists like Janis Joplin, Robert Plant, and Amy Winehouse. Gabi commands the crowd with her voice and vibrance and her joy of singing is evident in every breath.
Josh Cassany
Guitar
Josh picked up the guitar when he was 14 years old inspired by legends like The Beatles and Led Zeppelin. He has soaked up the most intoxicating ingredients of great music since the dawn of electric guitar-based rock and roll. His style is greasy and bluesy playing clean and hard with very minimal effects. Obsessed with the pure classic rock tone, Josh is a fan of Les Pauls and Marshalls. His primary influences are: Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Slash, and Gary Moore.
Dave Kleindl
Drums
A master of timing and dynamics, he brings an energy to the band that makes audiences jump and smile. Dave was influenced by rock radio in Detroit during the 70’s and 80’s and began developing his solid sound back in high school. Some of his idols include Butch Trucks, John Bonham and Steve Gorman. He has taken part in original music projects opening for national acts such as The Fabulous Thunderbirds and has been performing with South Florida cover bands for the last 25 years.
Robert Sherber
Bass Guitar
Robert started his musical journey with bass lessons at the age of 14 and essentially went pro two yrs later. He was hired as a sideman for Clarence Reid (aka Blowfly) which led to 6 tours of the United States and Canada. He continued his career performing his special blend of funk, jazz and blues with professional artists and local musicians alike. Rob also fuels his passion for music teaching at the School of Rock and is a Professor of Jazz at Broward College. We are very lucky to have him holding down our rhythm section in SteelHouse.
